Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange or refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Exchanges and Refunds

We are happy to exchange or refund unopened or faulty/ damaged items, or if they are not what you originally ordered. If there is a problem with your order, please let us know by visiting our Contact Us page and we will happily assist. To ensure prompt resolution, please provide your order number and details of any issues.

Strictly no exchanges or refunds are offered on any non-faulty/damaged items, due to hygiene and health and safety reasons. 

Exchanges

We only exchange items if they are faulty or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at perfect.look@mail.com with pictures of your faulty/ damaged item and we will gladly exchange it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your case.

If you are approved, then you can complete your return by sending your item to: 18 Metropolitan House Pump House Crescent Brentford London UK TW8 0HA.

Exchanges are usually processed within 7 business days. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your exchange items to be delivered back to your shipping address.

Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in his original condition, damaged, used or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your refund to reach your bank account.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If your product is faulty/ damaged or is not what you originally ordered due to our error then we will pay for the return post label.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
